Heading to the moon? Why not grab a beer and watch the meteorites fly by? Thanks to two booze companies, Saber Astronautics Australia and the Four Pines Brewing Company, you may soon be able to get drunk in space!

According to the Four Pines Brewing Company, the first zero-gravity beer will be named Vostok, after the first manned space flight in 1961. The idea of making a beer that can be consumed in space came about when Dr Jason Held – director of Saber Astronautics Australia and a regular drunkard at the local bar – discussed the possibility of coming up with a beer that will retain full-flavour no matter how long the flight duration is.
So, the spacemen from Saber’s first goal was to develop a recipe that people could enjoy comfortably, and they came up with a high-flavoured beer as a baseline recipe to ensure that space travellers could enjoy the full flavour of the smoky Irish style stout. We think Martians would love it too.

Everybody wants to know how to make the perfect drink, but nobody has time for bartending school. Or even reading the damn recipe book, for that matter. You’ll defiantly mix a piss-poor concoction and you will like it, alright?
Stop whining. We know you guys are visuals-oriented, so give thanks for Fabio Rex. The illustrator from Sao Paolo Brazil has come up with a bunch of really cool infographics that give you the breakdowns on how to make the world’s most popular alcoholic beverages. Just print them out, blow them up and stick them next to your DIY bar. And, yes, we’ll have a Snake Bite while you’re there.

VIDEO: Why is this important? Dude, did you know the margarita is the most ordered alcoholic cocktail in the world? Did you know women dig men who can whip up a cocktail on a whim? You can even add variations to this drink. One chick last night really loved our durian margarita. We made out. She farted a lot, but hey, we can’t be picky here.
